How can I verify the authenticity of my VAPORESSO product?
Every VAPORESSO product comes with a laser anti-counterfeiting label on the packaging. You can scratch off the coating to reveal the security code and enter it on our official website's verification page.
What is your shipping policy and estimated delivery time?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can range from 7-15 business days depending on the destination.
What should I do if my device is leaking?
Leaking can be caused by improper filling, an old coil, or incorrect wattage settings. Ensure your coil is primed and firmly seated, check that all O-rings are intact, and verify you are using the recommended VG/PG ratio for your specific tank.
What is the warranty period for VAPORESSO devices?
We provide a 90-day warranty for our kits, mods, and batteries starting from the date of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover atomizers, coils, or damage caused by misuse or accidental drops.
How do I know when to replace my coil?
You should replace your coil if you notice a burnt taste, a decrease in vapor production, or a muted flavor. On average, coils last between 1 to 2 weeks depending on your frequency of use and the type of e-liquid used.
